Teaching practice Phase 1- Week 1

TEACHING PRACTICE

 

WEEK 1 : MONDAY TO FRIDAY : 04-07-2022 to 08-07-2022 

        

             INTRODUCTION

It was very pleasure that our second phase of teaching practice is at the, Govt HSS Yeroor started from 07-11-2022.

The principal of Sabarigiri college of Education Dr Meera Raj alloted 9 students to Govt HSS Yeroor. Heera and Ancy Fathima from Social Science department , Gopika, Arya and me from Mathematics Department and Sivakami, Nithya, Ardra and Gayatri from English department were the selected teachers. All of our teacher in charges, especially Jaseena teacher provided us with all necessary instructions, guidance, and support for completing our teaching manual, selecting activities and models for teaching and preparing teaching aids for teaching practice.

TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 1: "MONDAY TO FRIDAY" : 07-11-2022 to 11-11-2022

We the teacher trainees alloted to Govt HSS  yeroor, reached school right at 9:30 am everyday then signed our register, and we stayed in our alloted classroom. They welcomed us very gladly. We collected time table from headmistress because of the absence of concern teacher. First day l have class on 8.C and started new chapter "Ratio".There was a discussion on the school based on new curriculum development in high school.

 The Second day started with the morning assembly I had classes on 8C that day. But l had subsitution class on 9 th standard. It is very productive day.

In third day, l have classes on 8:C and 9.B

 l had substitution class on 10th standard and  7 th standard then l conducted some activities by students. It is very wonderful day.

In fourth day ,there was a passing out parade for SPC students. Later I had a period in 8.C and taught balance topic.And then l had a substitution class in 9th standard.When we got free time we did the work to be done.That was a productive day.

In fifth day I had period in 8.C . After it I did the works to be done. In third hour I have exam duty on 10 th standard students and then l have substitution class on 5 th standard then conducted some activities by students. It is very productive day.
